The unrelenting pressure to be successful, strong, and earn enough money is overwhelming. And it is starting to take a toll on your well-being and relationships.
You feel numb and volatile. Your behavior and thoughts are all over the place, one minute your ok driving your partner to the airport and the next you’re angry about it. And you don’t know why.
Sometimes, you find you are either too stressed out, which leads to anger or you’re lethargic and unmotivated, which leads to feeling down and defeated.
Your partner, friends, and family members tell you to just open up. But you can’t conceive of anyone to whom you would feel comfortable talking about yourself or your problems.
That’s what therapy is for.
Therapy provides a compassionate, dedicated time and space where the focus is on you and your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. And no matter what you have done or haven’t done, you will not be judged.
In therapy, you are welcome to unburden yourself from all the thoughts and worries you have been holding in for so long. You can share them with me. Vulnerability in our sessions is a strength not a weakness!
I will not judge you because I’ve been there, done that, and heard all that before. And it will not deter me from wanting to know and help you.

How do we get there?
The way it works is I help you explore your early experiences and relationships– allowing us to get to the core, often subconscious, beliefs about yourself and what it means to you to be a “man.”
With this knowledge, you will learn how to understand the early difficulties you experienced. And you will develop coping skills for when you get overwhelmed or feel defeated.
Another benefit from exploring and understanding your past is that you will have much more clarity for your future. You will find answers to many questions, such as, “What is important to me? What do I want, and what is my purpose? Who do I want in my life?
